This is a fantastic stretch of unspoilt Great Ouse to explore.  That said, the walks are challenging as parking is some distance from the river bank.  Members are reminded that parking is at their own risk.  For those that make the effort however  there are long glides and areas that offer good sport throughout the year.

This is a central section of the Great Ouse that is walkable from the Embankment however closer parking can be found via the parking opposite the Anchor Public House.  Members are reminded that parking is at their own risk.  Access from the above car park can however be difficult when the river is up as it involves crossing the flood plain to access the river.

This section can be found below the bridge at Bromham and parking is near the bridge.  Members are reminded that parking is at their own risk.

This is a short section with limited access however the couple of pegs that can be accessed offer the opportunity of good fishing.  Members are reminded that parking is at their own risk.

General Venue Location

This plan shows markers to the centre of the beats and not the parking.  For clearer directions please see above..

This is a very scenic section of the Great Ouse.  Anglers are warned that there are gates at each end of the section making the use of barrows difficult.  That said, the fishing here is excellent with all expected course species present.  The edges of the pegs do get very wet in winter and caution is advised when getting close to the edge of the water as some of the bank is under cut. Parking is next to the Oakley double bridges.  Members are reminded that parking is at their own risk.
